Allen W. "Chip" Terry
Died: September 15, 2017
Members of the Covington
Fire Department are deeply saddened with the sudden
passing of Covington Fire Dept. Assistant Chief
(Ret.) Alan “Chip“ Terry. Assistant Chief Terry was
a leader of the men and women of our department. He
has passed on great knowledge to our firefighters in
his role as Chief training officer; we will have
firefighters still on the job in the next two
decades that were trained by Chief Terry during
recruit school. But more than anything Alan was part
of our family, Alan was our Brother. We will dearly
miss you Alan!
